The group is no longer accepting new members in Jena and all future hires will be based in Borstel (outside Hamburg).

We always welcome motivated bachelor and masters students for their thesis projects. Both lab-based and computational projects are available and can be matched to your interest and background. If you are interested in doing your thesis project in the group, please send an email to abarber@fz-borstel.de with a short paragraph describing your specific interest in the group.

If you are a prospective PhD student or postdoc interested in applying for a fellowship or with independent funding, please get in touch with your CV and a description of your interest in the group (or potential project ideas!).
