Kristine is a state-certified biological laboratory assistant. She gained practical experience in Berlin, including at the Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology. She has been working in Borstel since 2009 and has continued to gain extensive experience in handling Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. She is now expanding her knowledge to include working with fungi. She is also committed to ensuring the laboratory is always kept in good order. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing music and cycling.
